If DJT has no past history of a heart attack (stand corrected) why is he apparently receiving aspirin?
My understanding of the recommendations for ASA is prophylaxis for a subsequent event, MI (heart attack), transient vascular event... TIA/mini-stroke (I'd not considered an reduced blood supply to my brain as minor), risk of 'clot' e.g. irregular heartbeat, bypass surgery.
He’s always falling asleep…why do you say he doesn’t have sleep apnea? I don’t believe a thing his MDs say…why would there be one area of this administration that honesty prevails?
I’m a geriatrician. The FDA report published in JAMA seemed reasonable to me. But I learned from you that infants are at high risk for COVID morbidity/mortality and that FDA saw no need to continue their protection.
My employer doesn't make it easy to read the JAMA article, but Chicago is an easy outlier to explain. It is adjacent to Indiana (more permissive gun laws) and Wisconsin (hunting is a big part of the culture and probably has been more permissive in recent years). There has been much media discussion of this in the past.
Thank you for your continuing courage in keeping people alert, thinking, and looking for roads back to sanity in health care/Research.
Your House of Pod episode queue’d up for today’s driving listen .. thank you!!

Will people over 65 be allowed to get vaccinated for influenza and Covid this fall? If not, can we go to Canada for the vaccines?
