Washington Hospital in Fremont, CA requires all patients and visitors to wear a mask - no exceptions. They also have heavy duty air filtration systems (in addition to the normal HVAC system) in the ICU rooms - very comprehensive.

Thank you and yes and we just further proved your point over the holiday! Our teen son tested positive for Covid (first time for him). He isolated for five days and we wore masks when we would check on him and WE OPENED WINDOWS! He tested negative on day 8 and so far no one else in the family has tested positive!
