Just finished watching your excellent interview re EMTALA and access to reproductive services under that federal statute. One element - and potential danger - that was not discussed was the old Comstock Act, which might be "revived" to prevent medication abortion meds from being sent through the mail. If that were the case, one absurd outcome would be that any surgical equipment for use in abortion procedures would also be targeted and banned. But I would not dismiss any absurdity in the current federal landscape.
